continuous increase in traffic on the roads, and due to the increase in the number of vehicles on the roads and the increase in the intensity of traffic, the problem of the so-called \"popping out\" of manhole covers continuously appears every day on many busy roads. This problem represents a significant safety risk for all road users (pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists, drivers of cars and other vehicles, road workers\/contractors, etc.). The fact is that without DTK, there would not be the most of the modern communication technologies that we have and use every day. DTK implies a branched network of underground pipes made of suitable material, cable wells and cable galleries, which serves for distribution and protection of telecommunication cables. After the installation of the mechanism is completed, a protective rubber is inserted into the head of the screw, which prevents the penetration of unwanted substances usually present on the pavements (such as dirt, various liquids, salt, etc.) into the mechanism.
